As we approach general elections, Baringo Gubernatorial seat is becoming a hot a cake and more suitors wants the cake all for themselves.
Several aspirants have shown interest including Baringo first governor Benjamin Cheboi who wants his seat back.
Eldama Ravine Member of Parliament Moses Lessonet is also eying the top seat saying that with fifteen years of experience as MP he is confident that it’s him Baringo County needs.
Lessonet says his manifesto is very clear and that he wants to put money in the pockets of Baringo residents.
County Assembly Clerk Richard Koech, is another confident suitor who wants to snatch Kiptis position.
Accorging to koech he has worked under devolution for nine years and he knows best how to run things and the dynamics of governance.
Kiptis on his side has vowed to defend his seat at all cost saying that he is serving his people rightfully and Baringo still needs him.
It is the voters to decide who.
